Experienced Home Inspectors Certified Property Inspections, Inc was founded over twenty years ago to serve the HUD/FHA/VA and the conventional mortgage industry to provide various types of Chicago Home Inspection reports required by their underwriters. Our service quickly expanded to All the Suburbs providing pre-purchase home inspections and other inspection services to home buyers, home sellers, real estate attorneys, mortgage lenders and relocation companies in the Eight County Chicago Area. Our mission continues to be to provide relevant and accurate information reported clearly and responsibly from our client's perspective.

Trained & Qualified Home Inspectors   We screen our inspectors with testing, interviewing and extensive reference checking to assure that they meet our standards. They are State Licensed by the Office of Banks & Real Estate, participate in ongoing training and have over five years of full-time home inspection experience.

Complete Home Inspection Reports   Your home inspection report will be detailed, objective, well documented and written in a language that you will understand. Your report will also include budget figures for remedies to deficiencies noted. You will have the facts necessary to answer the questions your need answered to move forward with your purchase, renegotiate the price or look for a more suitable property. You will also receive a family safety review and maintenance guidelines to extend the useful life of many of the key components of the property. A private verbal consultation is available after the inspection to cover any issues that may not have been appropriate to discuss in the presence of others.

Exceeding National & State Standards We pledge that your home inspector will perform and report his/her findings exceeding State of Illinois Standards. In addition your inspector will be exceeding the standards published by the ASHI - American Society of Home Inspectors, the NAHI - National Association of Home Inspectors and the NACHI - National Association of Chicago Home Inspectors. We also pledge that your inspector will not leave the property until all of your questions are answered to your satisfaction.
